Thermoforming is a manufacturing process where a sheet material is heated to a pliable forming temperature, formed to a specific shape in a mold and trimmed to create the final product.
Specialising in solid surface forming in our own manufacture and processing for solid surface fabricators nationally. Solid surface and heat formable plywood are most commonly used in the thermoforming process.
Our large format machine is equipped with an integrated vacuum table which helps to efficiently produce accurate repeat forming or one off parts with a single sided 3D mold produced in house on our cnc router.
